Chubby Score: 89/100

Appearance: light golden yellow
Aroma: spices, white fruits and flowers, lemon zest, and pineapple
Palate: fresh and lively with medium weight body. rather fine and crisp acidity. exhibit citrus and apple notes and spices.

Excellent both in term of taste and value. It is light enough to be enjoyed as an aperitif  and also hold the texture and flavour that can be a great daily table wine. It should be pretty good with light vegetable and fish dish. I do like the fine balance on the texture resulting from Ribolla Gialla. Should be great for a few years forward.
