Appearance: pale golden yellow
Aroma: bouquet of flowers, citrus, smoky and nutty
Palate: striking and vibrant personality, silky rich texture with fine effervescence, well balanced, there is savoury edge of sweetness in the background too. Love it even more than 2002. Purely elegant indeed.
This is a Champagne that I truly enjoy. At this young age, it shows pretty nicely and already delicious. Dom Perignon 2003 is not the big and bold style but presents it own character. Wondering how well and how far it will go. A blockbuster it will be.
