During previous month, Domaine Pavelot La Dominode 2007 was tasted and talked about, the 2007 was enjoyable however this 2010 is extraordinary and full of energy. This velvety liquid of god is delicate already at this stage and is approachable young. However, the real beauty would probably reveal towards the end of this decade. So be patient but yet it is irresistible. Spices, fruits, and minerality contained are charming. If you are a Burgundy lover, you would perhaps already have this, else you would need to seek for it. Be patient, be patient, but who can!!!!!
