Palate: very light and fine effervescence but not so frothy and creamy, sweet but not immense, delicious scent of citrus and honey, delicate acidity with decent finish

Not so expensive with degree of joyfulness. I particularly enjoy this wine on any chill weekend. It is a kind of dessert wine that is enjoyable as aperitif. Of course, it should go pretty well with fruity dessert like apple tart or key lime pie too. Appreciation goes to its fine fragance. Drink it now and make sure it is chilled. Raise a glass!!!
