Appearance: deep bright gold
Aroma: aroma of peach and pear with ginger
Palate: feel rather heavy and thick on the palate, somewhat gently honey-like sweetness, citrus and mineral tone, a touch of flowery notes, smooth and silky with long finish.
Though Roussanne is not my type of white wine, I still did enjoy a lot of this bottle. It matched really well with fish dishes and even white meats. Give it some air to allow it becomes more expansive. Enjoy it now or cellar it for the next decade.
